An advisory board that argues before it answers.

Eight AI models from seven companies, one question, one ruling. This is what it does and how we use it.

The problem

Your leadership team agrees fastest on the decisions that matter most.

An outside board that challenges the decision before you commit, so the hard questions come first.

What it is

The IO Board is an advisory board of eight AI models from seven different companies. Six experts each answer your question alone, then rank each other's answers. A chair reads that ranking and writes one ruling you can act on. It is inspired by LLM Council, a public project by Andrej Karpathy.

Who it is for

Built for a decision that costs money if it is wrong: a hiring plan, a price change, a tool to buy. It prepares your talk with your advisory board or your team. It does not replace them.

Not for: It is not for daily tasks, quick facts, or a decision already made that needs a signature.

How it works

01

The facts come first

By default, a research secretary searches the live web. Every expert gets the same facts, the sources, and the evidence against the obvious answer.

02

Six answers, then a cross-review

Six experts answer alone, each through one lens: market, architecture, security, governance, operations, sales. Each then ranks the others, labelled by letter, not by name.

03

One ruling from outside

A decision model scores each answer for the chair. The chair comes from a different AI company than our tools, and its ruling shows where the board split.
