##### What it is

IO Pulse is a team-readiness survey. Each person on your team answers 21 questions, in about ten minutes, in English or in French. The questions look at six areas, from leadership commitment to readiness for AI, including where the know-how lives and how much depends on the leader. You receive the team report, which shows where the company stands, who will carry the change and our read of the situation.

Leaders who are about to plan AI or a change, and want to hear their team first.

Not for: A performance review. IO Pulse reads how the company works, not how well each person performs.
