IO Matrix maps your company by the value it creates. With your leadership team, we place your core processes, usually 20 to 30, in four value engines: Growth, Delivery, Innovation and Support. Each process gets one person accountable for it and a realistic maturity stage. You see how the company really works and which gap to close first, before any decision about AI.

In a workshop, your leadership team names the core processes, places each one in an engine, and names who is accountable for it.

The people who do the work give each process a realistic maturity stage. Online, from their own desk, they add its tools, its measures, its issues and its improvement ideas.

##### Choose what to fix first

You get a report on where the company stands and which gap dominates. It names 3 to 5 critical processes to bring to “followed by all” this quarter.
