#### Yes, we use AI. A lot.

inocta.io uses AI in almost every part of its work, and we say so plainly. AI agents do a large part of our work, from the words on this site to the code behind our tools. People direct those agents, check what they produce, and answer for everything we ship. The point of view, the standards and the responsibility are ours.

#### Where we use AI

This website. Our agents draft the text, audio and video. We make the images with Midjourney. A person on our team reviews every page before it goes live.

Our code. We build with AI coding tools, including Claude Code, OpenAI and Google Gemini.

Our client work. Our agents help us map processes, analyze information and draft deliverables. Someone on our team checks every deliverable before a client sees it.

#### How we protect what you share

When one of our apps sends client or visitor data to an AI model, it goes through OpenRouter with zero data retention enforced. The model provider answers the request and keeps nothing.

We use our AI providers through business accounts, with privacy settings that protect client data. We send a model only the information the task needs. To learn how we collect and use personal information, read our Privacy Policy.

#### What AI does not decide

AI does not make decisions about you that have legal or similar effects. A person makes those decisions.

#### About the images

The images on this site are illustrations made with AI. They do not show real people, clients, places or events, unless a caption says so.
